Shipping Policy




At Ekrismis our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


We strive to process all of our orders within two business days. You will receive your order anywhere from 1-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed unless your location is remote in which case it may well take longer.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.

Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM will only be processed the following Business day. 

All Products are shipped from our warehouse in Cape Town.

Ekrismis delivers within the whole of South Africa, door-to-door. For all orders Ekrismis charges a R150 fee to deliver door-to-door. 

If you order Bulky products, like Christmas Trees or outsized decorations, we will provide you with a courier quote upon request.

Note: normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 AM-4 PM – Shipping is not available outside of these hours.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with a tracking number if available – you can use this number to find out when your goods should be arriving. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive. 

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

In the event that our courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, Ekrismis is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Ekrismis is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

Service Delays

Ekrismis is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, train derailments, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ekrismis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or Ekrismis will need to contact the courier to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on our courier’s end. Kindly note, in some cases, the courier may require a police report to open an investigation.

International Shipping

Please contact us at info@ekrismis.co.za if you wish to have our products shipped to a destination outside of the Republic of South Africa.
